- Lease established between Penuel Ministries , USA, and Penuel Technical School Kenya NGO for management of school
- Headmaster appointed
- Footings for Phase 2 dug, concrete poured, and foundation completed to the level of finished flooring-$3,800 USD
Phase 2 – Team/Training House
Phase 2 (Phase In Progress) – $34,600 USD
Current Need to Complete Team/Training House is $25,000 USD
$15,000 for supplies + $10,000 for travel/living expenses
Construction of the Team/Training House
“This building will be used for housing up to 16 team members and also have classroom space for counseling, training, and ministry.”
Phase 2 will include:
- Completing construction of the two story house
- Digging a well to supply the entire project
- Installing a french drain to provide septic service for the entire project
- Purchasing a cement mixer for use during the duration of the project
- Hiring a guard once the building is complete

Phase 3 – $23,000 USD
Phase 3 is Top left portion of building / Phase 4 is Square Section with Center Room
This phase will include construction of the School Building:
- Four classrooms upstairs
- Four storage ares of corresponding classrooms downstairs
- Equipment for classrooms teaching Sewing, Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry

Phase 4 – $100,000 USD
This phase will include additional construction of the School Building:
- Nine additional classrooms and offices
- 2 lunch preparation and serving areas
- Meeting room/Chapel for 100 people
- Finished grade work
- Toilet facilities
- Gate, fencing, and landscaping
- Inground cistern
- Epuipment for classrooms teaching Welding, Masonry, and Auto Mechanics

Launch Phase – $75,000 USD
This Phase would include Hiring of teachers and administrators for:
- Headmaster
- Teachers
- Cooks
- Groundsman

At the completion of this phase the School will be fully operational for 2 years.
